So everyone is longing to get the excellent customer service in every business they deal with. To receive this let us start from ourselves by responding to customer service surveys as most companies are awaiting for your feedback or insights about their products and the service that you receive from their employees.

Training to be a Perfect Server

Being in my late 20s I worked for different industries already and been to different training classes depending on the area of work. The most exciting training I attended is regarding "Wowing" a customer as most industries make profit because of customers and a loss of 1 customer can multiply into a hundred.

Working in the hotel before we had a training about different aspect in the hotel from being the ambassador, crew, gsa, housekeeping and many more including security and safety. Even though we are not assign in the lounge or restaurant we had food and beverage training on how to properly handle customers and give them the excellent service to keep them coming back. Our trainer used the waitress training DVD which is really useful and informative as you can tell by their actions if they are providing the perfect service to the customers. Aside from watching the informative DVD our trainer has a treat to someone who will get the highest score in the assessment after the training and guess what? I got the prize!

PayPal Excellent Customer Service

Yup I was confused why my paypal account has been charged twice when I did online purchase. My purchase was backordered and finally on Apr 8 they send me a shipping notice. Don't worry it's not shoes it's a present for my boooboo. So I was confused because my first payment says still IN PROGRESS and the the other one is COMPLETED. I called their customer service and was able get a hold with a very nice agent. So I was not charged twice but on the 29 they put back the amount into my balance as the merchant did not confirmed it yet. But it did not show in my paypal transaction that a certain amount was return even an email, I was confused.

We ended up into another question about the paypal affiliated banks in PI as the BDO declined my friend's Sha's transaction with paypal and she called the customer service and the BDO customer service said they are not affiliated with paypal (what? does she knows well about their products? It's listed in paypal affiliated banks). Well, I told this agent that much better to use UNIONbank as they recognize paypal and more knowledgeable in the process.
We had long chitchat and I know she suffer her AHT but that was a good call. I know the moment she say her spiel that she is a filipina and at the end of the call she really said that she's a filipina. Well, i understand that she couldn't disclose their location though I knew it. I told her I understand there are some accounts that are not allowed to disclose where the physical location is but my account before was open and we are allowed to disclose that we are in Makati.

I am waiting for the survey to give good feedback, it is not because we are from the same country but because she's an excellent agent. I am proud of my co-filipinos when it comes to customer service. It's such a WOW!
