When I was in PI I have no idea that they celebrate Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) as special holiday aside from the fact that it’s my sister Elma’s date of birth. While preparing our breakfast I made a quick overseas call to greet her on her natal day.
So reading those blogs about IZEA Cinco de Mara celebration I asked hubby what is all about and he said it’s some sort of Mexican Independence day. Though according to the article I read this is not an American or Mexican holiday but it should be. Quite confusing isn’t it?
